Boycott Description

bought comforter set got it home and opened it to find a four inch rip in seam. Took it back and Liberty wholesaler refused to exchange it. They said they don't do refunds, exchanges, or returns. There was a Davidson County Sheriff there with a defective flashlight he bought, they would not take it back. Apparently this company knows that it is selling damaged goods and that is why they have the no return, no refund and no exchange policy in place. There is no signs posted that says the merchandise could be damaged to buy at your own risks. They claim that all the merchandise is NEW. Do not buy from this company.

Boycott Demands

That if this company is going to have a no return, no exchange, or no refund policy, then this company needs to check every piece of item they sell to ensure that the items are not damaged or defective. Selling defective or damaged items to customers is the same as stealing from them. This company needs to have some morals about it.
