Its been 2 weeks since the declared delivery date of an international package that got lost by f****** FedEx. Still they are unable to trace it!!
At the same time, they are not sending it to Claims dept.
Everytime I call (they never called me in these 2 weeks with any update) them, those f****** Cust Care people keep saying that investigation is still going on but they haven't yet traced that. But the agent who is doing the trace will give me a call with the updates but that never happened.
There are thieves working there who have stolen my package worth of $620 !! How can a 11 lb package got lost when they have such technology to track each and everything.

My computer got shipped through fed ex after being repaired, the company that sent it messed up and didnt ship it two day, so now it will be late. I contatced fed ex and tried to rush ship it, even offered to pay and they would not help, i got a hold of some executives and one contacted me and put an alert to trap the package and have it shipped express so i would get it before returning to duty for the military. She called back and gave a tracking number and said it will be here the next day, then called back and said it didnt get caught and will NOT be here next day, you sure would think they would confirm its on the express truck before contacting us. Now it is 30 miles away and i offered to go pick it up at fed ex but noone will help us out and meet us there, so now i will not have my package in time.Boycott Demands

The organized movement of products throughout this country is essential. Maybe FedEx has gotten too big for their britches and forgotten whom they work for. If you're not working to timely and earnestly move products around the country for people as WE need them; then there is no need of FedEx!

good morning america just reporteded on a test on the treatment of packages shipped with the us post office, ups and fedex. the us post office was the best choice for the way packages are handled and the cost was lower than the other two. this broadcast was sunday morning, 11/28/10.
