Disabled Vets Dissed by ChevroletBoycott Description
A returning, disabled vet owns a 2003 Duramax. Chevrolet has been notified from the local area dealer to the VP of Customer Relations. The Duramax has a known problem with faulty injectors. They are hiding behind a narrow set of qualifications that Chevrolet has decided protects them from responsibility.Chevrolet acknowledges there is a problem with the injectors and they are happy to replace them repeatedly at the cost of roughly $4000 to the owner. After multiple replacements we are back at square one. Chevrolet has refused to return phone messages, letters about the responsibility, and said if you don't like us shop elsewhere.
I am not a Chevrolet fan, but don't you think people that had to take money to fix their company's "injector problem" would have some compassion?
Boycott Demands
Don't buy a Chevrolet, but that only punishes the folks that didn't get government money that work at Chevrolet and GMC. Since folks are still going to buy this brand we will settle for a fix to his problem.Best scenario, Chevrolet honor your committments to your company and fix his truck!

Company responses
You would think that after a goverment bail out that this company could at least treat their customers with a little respect and fix a problem instead of threatning them and chagring an outragis amount of money to do nothing. I say we should have let them sink like Lemon Brothers.
Chevrolet has not responded to this boycott yet.
