The absolute WORST CS , I was online from home phone and after going through the prompts and getting someone, giving details and asking a supervisor, I got Kemmy, or Kemmie an I gave the details of messaging problem Invalid 2518/Originator type. she was pleasnt told what they were going to check, put me on hold. What happened was, i was put back in "Q" and the next trated me like, i'd just called, I told what has already happened and , he put me on hold and another eventual answered and treated me like I'd just called, I ask them not to put me on hold again and to get me a supervisor, I waited and supervisor named Steve, came on ask, I started to explain and he disconnected me... I' am through... looking for another Cell Phone and provider, I' am done... and you know what they don't care, not one bit.

it is very hard to get ahold of anyone. I have called the same number three times trying to get ahold of tech support. the first time they transferred me to a spanish speaking person and the second time i was directed to advanced pay line, and than the third time i finally got ahold of someone and they transfered me three times before they kept putting me on hold.

My husband and I have been without service for three days now and night before last he was told by a Boost Mobile Agent that we would have service by 6pm, last night, June 29th. This morning, still no service, so they responded via email and via phone and told me that we would not have any service until July 4th. This is total unacceptable and will be looking for another phone service.
This Co. has the WORST customer service help i have ever seen with any co.

If you are lucky enough to get a real person 9 times out of 10 they do not I repeat they do not speak good english!! VERY FUSTRATING!!! SHAKING MY HEAD AT BOOST MOBILE
